My friend thinks they have the best fish tacos in San Diego. There is always someone at the counter with a big smile, usually Maricela or Hilda. Very clean place. Only slight problem recently with parking since a gambling house moved in next door. Although they have reserved parking, it appears gamblers can't read. ”
